Terms & Conditions


Please read this agreement carefully. It contains the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of The Service. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, or you do not meet or comply with their provisions, you may not use The Service.


Definitions. The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:

  1. a) "Candidate" means a person who has a job seeker account on the site.

  2. b) "Content" includes all text, graphics, design, and programming used on the site.

  3. c) "Text" includes all text on every page of the site, whether editorial, navigational, or instructional.

  4. d) "Design" includes the color combinations and the page layout of the web site.

  5. e) "Document" refers to any posting to the site, whether job, resume, portfolio, images, transcripts, writing samples, e-mail, or other job-search materials.

  6. f) "Graphics" includes all logos, buttons, and other graphical elements on the site.

  7. g) "Employer" means a person or entity that is accessing the site to post a job or to search resumes or to do anything for any reason related to the purpose of seeking candidates for employment.

  8. h) "Job seeker" means a user who is accessing the site to search for a job or is using the site in any other capacity to obtain employment.

  9. i) "Temporary agency", also generally referred to as search firm, means any person or entity that is accessing the site to post a job for any reason related to the purpose of seeking candidates for employment with the organization for placement with a client organization to perform specific tasks or complete specific projects.

  10. j) "Third-party recruiter", also generally referred to as search firm, means any person or entity that is accessing the site to post a job for any reason related to the purpose of seeking candidates for temporary, part-time, or full-time employment opportunities with a client organization.

  11. k) "User" refers to any individual or entity who uses any aspect of the site.

  12. l) "You" and "your" means the person or entity (or other persons or entities on behalf of which you are acting) that is agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

  13. General Acceptable Use of the Site. The site is intended for individuals seeking employment and for employers seeking candidates for employment.


  14. a) You may not respond to postings by users in any manner or for any purpose other than that which is intended and acceptable use (i.e., to apply for the job or to initiate further discussion with a candidate).

  15. b) You may not send unsolicited e-mail to users promoting your products or services, or for any commercial purposes.

  16. c) PROTECT YOUR PASSWORD. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You are responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. If others use your password to post inappropriate material on the site, you risk losing your access to the site.

  17. d) You may not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.

  18. e) Report inappropriate postings or conduct to info@nalandarojgar.org

  19. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the site, including, without limitation:


  20. a) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account that the user is not authorized to access.

  21. b) attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

  22. c) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, via submitting a virus to the site, overloading, "flooding," "mailbombing," or "crashing".

  23. d) sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services.

  24. e) unauthorized linking to the site.
